Penmaenmawr Sailing Club recently held its Annual Dinner and Prize Giving Awards Ceremony at The Lilly, West Shore, Llandudno.
The Club Commodore Craig Petch & Vice-President Bernard Carter introduced the evening. Bryan Wilcock presented the Merit Mug & bouquet of Flowers to Sue Petch for service to the Club. Bouquets of flowers were presented by Bryan Wilcock and Sue Petch to Sharon Frobisher; Alma Butterworth; Mandy Williams; Ellen Mack; Dee Hughes and Lucy Weitz for their commitment to the Club during the last twelve months.
Special Awards were presented by Craig Petch & Bernard Carter to Gerry Frobisher for Safety Boat duty; Bryan Wilcock for his work on the Website & Flyers; Bernard Carter for Race Officer duties; Mark Stafford the Treasurer; Josh Mack for work on the Yearbook: Dave Jackson for his work for the club and Glenn Williams for his work as Club Secretary.
Glenn Williams was also presented with an additional Special Award from the Clubs President Brian Butterworth for the outstanding work put in regarding the construction of the new Balcony.
Vice Commodore Phil Mack was called on to present the Trophies won by Club Members during the years sailing.

The Lead Hat for the most spectacular capsize was presented by Glenn Williams and Craig Petch to Andrew Watson who managed to capsize a Wayfarer.
A special congratulations went to Paul Singleton and Kevin Jones who came 4th and 6th respectively in the Three Peaks Race with a brilliant performance, in an International field.
